Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Louisiana-Brand.com. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Louisiana-Brand.com ships to addresses and P.O. boxes within the continental U.S.  We do not currently ship to U.S. Territories or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Louisiana-Brand.com does not currently ship outside the United States and as such, is not liable for customs duties and taxes.

Damages

Louisiana-Brand.com is not liable for any products lost during shipping. If your order was lost, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.  If your order was received damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact customer service at 1-800-590-3797.
